As a 100% privately owned Canadian company, we have head offices in both Calgary and Vancouver and were incorporated in 1963 by our founder Bob Gaglardi.

In 2002, the company was renamed to Northland Properties Corporation to better reflect the diversity of our brands, the widening geographic location of our properties, and various operating divisions. Today we are much more than property developers/owners; we are renowned as Canada’s fastest growing hospitality group.
